Focus on questions about an actual problem you have faced. Include details about what you have tried and exactly what you are trying to do.

- Building techniques for a particular part of a model
- The history of The LEGO Group or elements
- Care and organization of your bricks
- Techniques for getting the best out of your Mindstorms Robots
- Advanced building techniques in CAD applications
Not all questions work well in our format. Avoid questions that are primarily opinion-based, or that are likely to generate discussion rather than answers.
Don't ask about...
- General support for LEGO related software (i.e. LDraw/LEGO Digital Designer/NXT alternatives)
- Why sets don't exist or have been retired
- Anything not directly related to LEGO Bricks
- Questions that are primarily opinion-based
- Questions with too many possible answers or that would require an extremely long answer
