On January the 30th the Brickboard community celebrates their logo by hosting different brickfilms with the theme "logo" Starting the queue at 6pm several Brickfilms from different Brickfilmers will be released one after another. For this event, our community member "Knauser" has made a couple of 4x2 plates printed with the logo that have to be implemented into the videos. It is this time of the year again: From Dezember the 1st till Dezember the 24th the Brickboard community will provide everyone with a brickfilm. This year our mascot Peter has to rescue Santa Clause in a video game. Every day he has to complete a new level in this game, directed by another community member. There will be a playlist for everyone to track Peter from his first level untill the final stage with an epic endboss. See the trailer here:

The Brickbord hosts a new contest: "The brickfilm/cartoon/animation-contest Nr.2" In this contest, brickfilmers animate a brickfilm, which also contains other materials like paper, wool, clay or even digital implemented cartoons. Anything that can be animated may go wild! We want to celebrate the diversity of brickfilming and animating with this small contest. Participants have got time untill 26th September 12pm (Countdown) to submit their movies. The Steinerei is the biggest and oldest german brickfilmfestival, that is usually held in a cinema in Germany since 2005. Due to Covid-19, the Steinerei 2020 had to be held as a livestream on YouTube. In this episode of the "Steinerei-Talk", we will discuss the Steinerei 2020, which has been held 3 month ago at this time. Guests will be "Baschi" from "Altlandstudios" and the hosts of the Steinerei 2020 Rainer "Knauser" Storck and Hans "AoW-Gamer" Präßler, as well as some special guests.
