    Maitland Brickfest

    We are excited to announce the date and venue have been confirmed for Maitland Brickfest. Rainbow Bricks is excited to be returning to Maitland and so are our exhibitors. Date: Sunday 18th November Venue: Maitland High School Display times: 10am - 4pm Like all our events we are supporting local Maitland schools and charities. We already have 30 exhibitors from across the Hunter and Central Coast coming to display their creations for you to enjoy. As well as the amazing creations and collections on display there will be many activities for you to enjoy. The Build Area which is always a favorite will be there plus the Remote Control Driving Area where the kids and the young at heart can drive the RC Trackers.     Rainbow Brickfest presents Bateau Bay Brickfest A LEGO Fan Event Rainbow Bricks are excited to announce the first Bateau Bay Brickfest. There will be exhibitors from the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter Valley areas bringing their amazing creations for you to enjoy. We will have our always popular Rainbow Bricks city layout including working trains and trams and lots of other lights and movement. As always we will have the build area for the kids to build something after being inspired by the creations on display. Plus there will be LEGO Sets, bricks, minifigs and other LEGO Merchandise for sale at the event.     BRICKFEST AT THE BAY A LEGO Fan Event Presented by Rainbow Bricks There will be original creations and collaborations as well as displays of LEGO sets for children of all ages. Including Star Wars and our LEGO City layout. The exhibitors are coming from across the Hunter Valley/Newcastle/Central Coast to show you their creations.     MIDCOAST BRICKFEST 2018 A LEGO Fan Event Presented by Rainbow Bricks This February we return to Foster/Tuncurry for the third annual Midcoast Brickfest. This is a perfect family event with something for all members of the family. There will be original creations and collaborations as well as displays of LEGO sets for children of all ages. Including Star Wars USC, Duplo, Minecraft and our LEGO City layout. The exhibitors are coming from across NSW to show you their creations. Feel free to talk to them about their display or just about LEGO in general. Photos are always welcome! A new activity this year is the LEGO RC Driving. We have a track with 4 LEGO sets 42065: RC Tracked Racer to drive around. Maybe Dad could have a go! As always there will be a build area for the children to create something after seeing the exhibitor’s displays. There will also be items for sale including collectible minifigures, hard-to-find items, parts packs, jewellery, engraved bricks and vintage sets.     NEWCASTLE BRICKFEST 2018 A LEGO Fan Event Presented by Rainbow Bricks These July school holiday Newcastle Brickfest returns. This is a perfect family event with something for all members of the family. We have moved to our new venue at the Newcastle Racecourse last year and we will be there again in 2018. Once again we are supporting Hunter Valley schools and charitable organisations. As a result of your support of this event we have managed to donate over $40,000 in the previous 4 years to local schools and charities. There will be original creations and collaborations as well as displays of LEGO sets for children of all ages. Including Star Wars USC, Duplo, Minecraft and our LEGO City layout. The exhibitors are coming from across NSW to show you their creations. Feel free to talk to them about their display or just about LEGO in general. Photos are always welcome! Like everything else about this year’s Newcastle Brickfest our city layout is our largest and most ambitious to date. It will measure over 14m long and include a LEGO theme park with working Roller Coaster. The city layout will also have a LEGO version of the Newcastle 500 Supercars Race through the streets. This build is a combined build with many exhibitors contributing to it and has been months in the planning. It also including working trains and a monorail along with a train turntable. The popular Speed Builds are back! These will be held on the hour during the day. Each person will 3 minutes to build something from a random selection of bricks. What will you build? There are prizes for the winners. The LEGO RC Trackers are back as well. This was another very popular activity last year. We have 4 LEGO sets 42065: RC Tracked Racer to race around. Maybe Dad could have a go! The “Find the Minifig” is back this year for all the family to enjoy. Across our exhibits there will be a number of Minifigs hidden. Find them and tell us how many you found for a chance to win a prize. As always there will be a build area for the children to create something after seeing the exhibitor’s displays. However this year we have some display tables for the children to display their creations on so other can enjoy them too. Another popular item is the LEGO Raffle which is returning again. The proceeds from this like the profits from the event go to the schools/charitable organisations. We are also joined by the always popular 501st Legion plus some of their friends! The Café will be open for visitors and parents to take a break and enjoy a coffee or snack. There will also be items for sale including collectible minifigures, hard-to-find items, parts packs, jewellery, engraved bricks and vintage sets. DATE: Sunday 15th July TIME: 9.30am - 5.30pm VENUE: Newcastle Racecourse, Darling Street, Broadmeadow, COST: $5 per person except last session which is $4 per person.

    Rainbow Bricks Presents MidCoast Brickfest A LEGO Fan Event Rainbow Bricks is excited to announced we are returning on Sunday 4th March. We have rename the event to better reflect the area we are displaying in. There will be lots new exhibits as our LEGO creators have been busy building since last year's event. Talk to the creators about their displays and see what can be done with LEGO bricks and some imagination. Our exhibitors come from the Hunter Valley, Central Coast and Sydney bringing their creations for you to enjoy. Old favorites like the City layout will be back with lots of movement, lights and working trains. As well as the exhibits there will be the always popular Build Area for the kids to play in. There will be a BBQ and Cake stall featuring the famous LEGO themed cookies and cakes. As well as slushies and coffee van for you to enjoy. This year the P&C are running a LEGO Raffle with LEGO sets as the prizes! The tickets will be on sale on the day at the event. Plus there will be LEGO sets, parts, and other LEGO merchandise for sale on the day. So start saving your pocket money. Once again Rainbow Bricks is supporting Hallidays Point Public School P&C with proceeds from the event going to the P&C.     Returning for our 8th year!! This is the home of Rainbow Bricks' Brickfest events. Being the first event Rainbow Bricks organised back in 2011. We are pleased to announce the dates for Brickfest at The Bay 2018! We also have a new Venue! DATES: Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th January 2018. NEW VENUE: Anna Bay Public School, 191 Gan Gan Road, Anna Bay NSW 2316 This year the proceeds from the event are supporting the Tomaree High Robotics Team. We will be back with new exhibits and lots for the family to do.There will be exhibitors from across NSW displaying their amazing creations as well as some old favourites like the LEGO City Layout. As well the Build Area for the children to build in. This year we will also have remote control Trackers to be driven by the children. The Action Club with be running the BBQ and will have drinks as well. The Action Club support local community projects. Tell your friends and family and we look forward to seeing you at Brickfest.     Upper Hunter Brick Show

    Keep Sunday 22/10/2016 available and attend a great exhibition of Lego displays. There will be 30 exhibitors with their creations. There will be Lego for sale, a free build area for the kids and a Lego raffle drawn on the day. It will be held at ST JAMES' PRIMARY SCHOOL, Skellatar Stock Route, Muswellbrook from 9am to 2pm. Entry to show is $5per person or $15 per family. The event is being held in conjunction with St James' Primary School Spring Fair with proceeds from the LEGO Fan Event show being donated to Muswellbrook Girl Guides

    RBL @ Our Town Model Show

    A scale model exhibition featuring award-winning model cars, boats, aircraft, and trains. Our Town Model Show has been running for over 20 years and Rainbow Bricks has been lucky enough to be apart of the last 3 events. We are returning again with our Kooragang Island Coal Loading layout featuring a working coal loader. The Loader is loading a model of the MV Drake [Pasher Bulka]. There are also National Pacific trains and coal carriages running around the layout plus a number of other features from the island. We look forward to seeing you.

    Rainbow Bricks Presents Newcastle Brickfest A LEGO Fan Event These July school holiday Newcastle Brickfest returns. This is a perfect family event with something all members of the family. We have moved to a new venue at the Newcastle Racecourse. Once again we are supporting Newcastle schools and charitable organisations. This is our largest Brickfest with over 50 exhibitors and 150 tables of displays for you to enjoy. This is double the size of last year’s event. There will be original creations and collaborations as well as displays of LEGO sets for children of all ages. Including Star Wars USC, Duplo, Minecraft and our LEGO City layout. The exhibitors are coming from across NSW to show you their creations. Feel free to talk to them about their display or just about LEGO in general. Photos are always welcome!
