The York Sunbury Search and Rescue (YSSR) organization is having a fundraiser pancake breakfast and we're going to be there to show off some builds of emergency vehicles and a bit of a diorama. Our club president is a member of the Search and Rescue organization and our Ambassador works with the Emergency and Security division of Public Safety with the Provincial Government so this is a cause near and dear to our executives. Come on down and say hi, and see if you can find the lost minifig in the Lego forest. Adults: $11, Children: $8

The AMAZEatorium was a family event! Most activities were aimed at elementary- aged children and younger middle school-aged kids, but there was also a whole zone of activities just for preschoolers. Canada's only Certified Lego Professional, Robin Sather did a crowd assisted mosaic build, and judged a building competition for the kids. Many other vendors, activities and displays included Lego in some way. MariLUG's part in this event was a display by our members. It included a Town/Train area with a large amusement park, a Castle area, a Great Ball Contraption area and some miscellaneous builds. There was a morning session and an afternoon session, with separate admission, and a good crowd was present for both.
