We in Calgary at the Calgary LEGO Train Club are so proud of Stephen and Stephen.  If you are in town in Calgary, please try to make time to attend the October 29th event.  And even if you cannot attend in person, check out the TV series - the building competition and quality is excellent.  Rudy

Would be nice to do the same in other regions of the world with local LM participants.

There could even be LEGO building activities with kids and LM participant.

Kids could build small parts of builds they have seen on the show etc.

Unfortunately all of these are pretty far away from me, but I got the honor to meet Emily and Liam at brickfair VA 2019 and 2022.

I agree. This seems very North America - centric. A shame, given that the first Lego Masters show didn't even originate there.
