Members of ILUGNY have displayed MOCs in both branches of the Massapequa Libraries. MOCs include mosaics, moonbase modules, vignettes, modular buildings, brick built Massapequa signs, Brickheadz, 50 pieces or less building challenges and others. Be sure to check out the snake slithering out of the light fixture!
These will be on display for the month of September. It feels great to finally get a window (at both library locations!) but things aren't anywhere near close to pre-Covid. Library meeting rooms aren't allowing space for groups of more than 12, no in person large scale events like our weekend long Bricks Rock! events either.
ILUGNY members did display at BFVA last month and we will have a very sizable layout at BFNJ so we are happy we can display a larger cohesive layout at the end of this month.
For now, we are so happy to finally have a place to showcase our passion for this incredible hobby.
