Mission

The Women's brick Initiative is committed to the advancement of all women in the LEGO community. We do this by connecting and supporting members in our community, challenging inequity and bias, and promoting the representation of women and those who identify as women in the LEGO ecosystem and world around us. 

Goals

• See women and girls in the hobby
• Assemble a community of members, women and allies
• Honor the work being done by female artists, builders and LEGO enthusiasts
• Raise awareness of inequality and bias, and increase representation of women and other underrepresented groups in the LEGO ecosystem
