Floating Bricks – LEGO® Brick Monuments on 17./18. März 2018

on 17. and 18. March 2018 RLUG Stein Hanse presents, for the second time in Hamburg, the LEGO Exhibition "Floating Bricks – LEGO® Brick Monuments".

The Cruise Center Altona will accomodate the Floating Bricks Exhibition in a 1600 m² space. With a very nice view to the Elbe River and to Hamburg Harbour, the event location is awesome.

We exhibit LEGO® constructions created by young and old LEGO®fans, featuring monuments and exhibitors from Hamburg, Germany, and 8 other nations. Visitors can experience the different monuments in unique interpretation and composition. Every LEGO® genre, from Architecture to Star Wars, will be represented. A special attraction, of course, will be the giant mosaic of the Elbphilharmonie successfully constructed by last year`s visitors.

Collective Construction of the Michel, classical monument of the hanseatic city of Hamburg as a LEGO mosaic.
Visitors will be invited to copy the Michel with LEGO bricks on a surface of 2 x 3 meters. A small section of the whole building will be built with the help of a construction plan. This will take place in the presence of the visitors, so that the mosaic will be complete on Sunday afternoon.

LEGO MiniElphi in Speed Construction
Who is the quickest to build the Elbphilharmonie? As the original building took so long, everyone will be interested to find out how long it will take to construct the mini version.
